Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, your main job is to help the business grow. You will find new chances in Lithuania and other European countries. You will help us get more clients and keep good relationships with them. You will study the market to find new clients and businesses that need workers. You will make and use good plans to grow our work in Lithuania. You must work well with our UK office. You need to be good at talking and making deals. You will also give reports about market trends, problems, and chances.

Job Requirements:
- Have good experience in business development, sales, or similar work.
- Preferably have worked in recruitment or staffing before.
- Know the Lithuanian business and labour market well.
- Be able to work independently and find good business opportunities.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian labour laws is helpful but not required.
- Have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Your work as Business Development Manager will include:
- Study the market to find possible clients and industries in Lithuania that need workers.
- Build strong relationships with Lithuanian businesses and understand what workers they need.
- Make and follow good business plans to help our work grow in Lithuania.
- Work closely with our UK office and keep good communication.
- Make good deals with clients to help both sides.
- Give regular updates and reports about the market, problems, and chances in Lithuania.
